Over the years, there have been a lot of crazy wedding themes that have been done and recorded in the wedding history book (if there is one). The most famous ones are those that involved extreme activities like underwater diving and sky diving. One of the most recent ones involved a wedding 5 meters underwater of an Italian couple, which was officially the largest underwater wedding in the world with a total of 261 divers attending the said event.

The said event was organized by MARES S.p.A. (Italy) at the Morcone beach, Capoliveri, Elba Island, Italy in June 2010. Another one was the cliff hanger wedding done by 4 Thai couples, which they dubbed as the Flying Wedding ceremony for the Valentine ’s Day. The entire wedding was done while hanging at the side of a cliff where they all simultaneously said “I do”. Believe it or not, there was even a couple who decided that Katamari Damacy is a good theme for a wedding so they decided to put on some weird looking head gear that looked like the King and Queen of Cosmos’ heads and had everyone else in the wedding do it.

Then of course there are some who simply love clowning around so they has a clown themed wedding.
